Dawn Holland, the woman who accused Lindsay Lohan of attacking her was fired for taking the story to the news media. According to Russ Patrick a spokeman for the Betty Ford Center Mrs. Holland was fired for violating the strict confidentiality guidelines and laws by identifying publicly Lindsay Lohan in a media interview and by disclosing a privileged document.Mrs. Holland had filed a report with the Palm Desert Police about the Dec. 12 incident which took place between her and Lindsay Lohan, the department is investigating the case as a possible misdemeanor. According to Lindsay's dad there had been some friction between the two for some time and the day that the event happened Mrs. Holland graved Lindsay by the arm to demand an urine test from her. All of this happened because Lindsay was 10 minutes late after a hair appointment. Mrs.  Holland had been employed as a chemical dependency technician. The day of the event she said that Lindsay and two other girls had jumped a wall to go out drinking and when she requested a breathalyzer test for the girls Lohan pushed her away and called 911. According to Holland there was a struggle for the phone which hurt her physically and sent her on a compensation leave.
